Trainee / Jr. ERP Implementation Executive

Location: Nagpur(3), Mumbai(2)

Qualification: Any Graduate or Postgraduate (Preferred B Sc, B Com, B Pharmacy, BBA, BCA,BE/ B Tech, MCA, MBA in Marketing)

Experience: 0 - 2 years

Desirable: -

Should be fluent in English and local language.

Should have good communication and convincing skills.

Should be willing to travel to the Client Sites (Hospitals) for Implementation purpose.

Should have excellent client handling quality.

Job Details: -

GAP Analysis.

Implement the Mednet Software at Client Site(Hospitals)

Provide training to the Users at the client site in software features and software use.

Solving customer queries regarding Implementation of Software.

Building and maintaining healthy business relations with clients and ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.

Solving & sorting software issues with the help of Team Leader & Developer.

Online and onsite implementation of software to the customer.

Any other duties commensurate with the grade and responsibility level of this post.

Travelling to the client site is an integral part of this position.
